- Generally we will initiate the dissolution process for your company. We handle all the document and filing requirements. You do not have to do anything in your part.
- Please note that if there is tax payable owed to the IRS, you are advised to fulfill the obligation by making all the necessary payments. You want to maintain a good standing with the US government for future ventures and maneuverings.
