I am keeping my US company but I want to cancel my subscription. What will happen to my company?
- We are sorry to see to go. But as per our service commitment, we will try our best to help you through the transition.
- We will transfer all corporate documents to your new registered agents/legal document receiving agent. All you have to do is to provide us the information of the new registered agent, and a new business address.
- You will have up to 60 days to have your business address and phone number transferred away from us. There is no additional charge for this service. We will serve you till the end and maintain the highest level of quality and commitment.
- Please note that if there is tax payable owed to the IRS, you are advised to fulfill the obligation by making all the necessary payments. You want to maintain a good standing with the US government for future ventures and maneuverings.
